Doctor of the joint training programs by South China University of Technology and University of Michigan, is also professor and doctoral advisor of Kunming University of Science and Technology. He was selected as Young Scholar of Yangtze River and he is member of the Education Commission of the Ministry of Education (water supply and drainage science and engineering). In 2013, he became Associate Professor, and was promoted to a doctoral supervisor in 2014, and he was designated as Professor in 2015. He is selected as a reserve talent for young and middle-aged academic and technical leaders in Yunnan Province and Top Young Talents in Yunnan Province. Guan is engaged in research on waste pollution control and resource disposal. Recently, as the project leader, he has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key Research and Development Program (4.57 million), the Yunnan Provincial Fund and Talent Projects, etc. He has 5 authorized patents, of which 1 (ranking the first) is a patent transfer, and the contract cost is 500,000. Besides, he has 2 monographs (Sub/Supercritical Water Technology and Principles; Typical Arsenic-Contaminated Land Remediation Technology and Application). He has published more than 80 papers in the field of environment and resource utilization, including 50 SCI papers by the first or corresponding author, 10 IF>7 papers, 15 papers in the first district, and 17 papers in the second district. Some of his papers have won the Elsevier Highly Cited Paper Award and been summarized by Science and other magazines. In 2020, he won the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Award.
Prof. Liaojun Zhang

Expert in water resources and hydropower, is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Institute of Smart Water Conservancy and Smart Disaster Reduction, Hohai University. As Deputy Director of the Seismic and Disaster Prevention Committee of China Hydropower Engineering Society, he is also Deputy Secretary-General of the Hydraulic Structure Special Committee of the Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society, the Numerical Simulation Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Dam Engineering, and the Special Committee of Geotechnical Engineering Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Mitigation of the Chinese Seismological Society. Besides, he is Executive Director of Jiangsu Vibration Engineering Society, Member of the Earthquake Engineering Professional Committee of Jiangsu Seismological Society, and Member of Jiangsu High Performance Computing Professional Committee. Zhang has taken charge of 13 national funds, key research and development projects, scientific and technological research projects, and more than 90 key projects such as the Three Gorges Project and the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. He obtained 8 special and first prizes for scientific and technological progress at the ministerial and provincial level, and got 3 authorized invention patents. The number of papers he published are over 200. In addition, he edited 16 sub-volume series "Typical Design Atlas of Small and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower", and edited 35 sub-volume series "Wind Power Engineering Technology" and other works.
Prof. Zhiqiang Zhang

Zhiqiang Zhang , born in June 1969, is a professor, PhD supervisor, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Engineering of Southeast University, Deputy Dean of the Civil and Municipal Design Institute of Southeast University, Deputy Director of the Earthquake Resistance and Mitigation Center of Construction Engineering, Director of the Jiangsu Earthquake Engineering Society, Member of the Seismic Isolation and Mitigation Work Department of China Survey and Design Association. Prof. Zhang’s research focuses are structural dynamics, vibration control and structural seismic design and analysis, seismic resistance and reduction (isolation) of existing buildings, comfort control of large-span and high-flexible structures, and structural health monitoring of buildings.
Prof. Zhang has published more than 30 papers and 1 monograph in domestic core journals and international conferences. He is a reviewer of Journal of Structural Engineering, Journal of Building Structures, Journal of Vibration and Shock, Journal of Vibration Engineering, Journal of Tongji University, Building Structure and Industrial Architecture.
He has chaired one general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one sub-project of the Science and Technology Support Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, one project of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, two projects of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Construction, and participated in more than ten projects of National Natural Science Foundation and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
He has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the first and second prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, the special prize of China Railway Construction Corporation, the second prize of National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Construction Engineering Standard Design Award, and second prize of Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Architectural Structure Design of The Ministry of Education. He is the Editor-in-chief of the local standard of Jiangsu Province "Existing Building Structure Energy Dissipation and Seismic Reinforcement Regulations" (DB32/T 3752-2020), and participated in the compilation of the first domestic construction industry standard "Building Energy Dissipation Dampers" (JG/T 209-2007) ), the first domestic atlas of energy dissipation and vibration reduction structure "Atlas of Energy Dissipation and Vibration Reduction of Building Structures" and the first domestic floor comfort standard "Technical Standards for Vibration Comfort of Building Floor Structures" (JGJ/T 441-2019).
